Iconic indie trio, The xx, will be performing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium this 25 July 2017.
The London-based band will be making their third appearance in Singapore. This time, they will be joined by Sampha, one of the UK’s most soulful rising musicians.
The trio is made up of Romy Madley Croft (vocalist, lead guitarist), Oliver Sim (vocalist, bass guitarist) and Jamie Smith, or Jamie xx, (beats, MPC sampler). Formed in 2005, The xx is widely known for their minimalist, original and intimate sounds.
The band will be promoting their new highly raved album, “I See You“, with viral hits such as “On Hold” and “Say Something Loving“. Of course, you can expect to groove and sing along to old classics, such as “Angels“, at the Singapore Indoor Stadium – their biggest venue yet.
Tickets have just gone on sale. With that much hype about their return to sunny island Singapore, we recommend getting your tickets early!
