Elysium Artists for the Arctic Exhibition is taking place from now till 16 April 2017 at the ION Art Gallery, completely free of charge.
This special art exhibit was put together not just by artists, but also renowned scientists, explorers, and filmmakers who want to raise awareness and appreciation for the arctic.
In light of increasing climate change problems, the wildlife in the arctic has been impacted greatly, and awareness is ever important. After all, how much can a polar bear bear?
The team spent close to a month traversing Norway, Svalbard, Greenland and Iceland to document the ways in which humans have impacted climate change.
The exhibition keeps it interesting by including a variety of media such as photography, painting, documentary, and music.
The world premiere took place in Singapore, and future exhibits will be held in New York, Beijing, Manila, London and Sydney.
Dates & Time: Now till 16 April 2017, 10am – 10pm
