Enjoy a taste of nostalgia during these extended circuit breaker times with Sailor Moon! If you’ve exhausted your ‘My List’ of shows on Netflix and don’t have the emotional bandwidth to start binging a new series, transport yourself back to the golden age of Cartoon Network—the 90s and get ready to lose yourself in the upcoming 127 episodes of your favourite champions of justice.

Previously, you could only watch the animated series on Hulu, an online streaming service, but now, you can watch the first three seasons of the series for free, on Youtube. This is all in anticipation for the upcoming new Sailor Moon film, Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie is set to premiere in Japan on 11 September 2020 and will be a two-parter. The objective of releasing the first three seasons on Youtube is to allow fans to refresh their knowledge on the show, to ensure that they’ll be able to follow the film’s plot as it picks up the series’ fourth manga.

A global release date is yet to be announced for the new Sailor Moon movie, but I’m sure fans all over the world are just excited at the fact that the first three seasons will be available on Youtube.
These three seasons will be made available today, 24th April 2020.
