Singaporeans have had Paya Lebar Square and the Singpost Centre to fulfil our mid-East side needs.

Thankfully, with the new opening of Paya Lebar Quarter Mall (PLQ) on 30 August 2019, Easties no longer have to fight with the crowds at Tampines.

The new mall will be connected to Paya Lebar MRT station and will house a Shaw cinema and countless food place – not only making it a family-friendly area but provide more food options for those working there.
I mean, who’s going to say no to weekends spent at a cinema with 12 halls and an IMAX theatre complete with laser projection technology? Not me.
Look forward to trying new food-firsts like Singapore’s first Japanese rice sandwich from Hayai and Korean fried chicken from South Korea’s popular chain, Mom’s Touch.

Add a new breakfast place to your working life with Fong Sheng Hao’s first Singapore outlet! Their signature charcoal toast will probably make it into your everyday routine.
With over 200 confirmed shops opening at Paya Lebar Quarter, there’s definitely a new hub for East-siders to venture to. Plus, it’s an all-in-one community for working, shopping and dining at your fingertips. We can’t wait till it opens soon!
