If you’ve always wanted to try new exercises but don’t want to commit to classes or fork out the cash, Fitness By The Bay is your solution.
Fitness By The Bay is a series of complimentary mass workouts ranging from yoga to fitness routines. As the sun sets, unwind with a workout session against the beautiful backdrop of Marina Bay.
You don’t have to be a fitness junkie or a yogi to join in these sessions — they’re designed to cater to everyone. This February 2018, look out for yoga sessions as well as workouts like BodyAttack™, Circuit Blitz and BodyCombat™.
Do note that though classes are complimentary, you’ll have to register online before heading down for the lessons. For the full line-up of classes, check the schedule on the Fitness By The Bay website.
These workout sessions will only run till March so don’t procrastinate anymore! I’m sure they’ll come in handy after all our Chinese New Year indulgences.
