Hustling hard at work is great but for those who hold desk-bound jobs, long hours stuck in chairs equate to very little time left to keep yourself fit and trim. Besides, sitting all day in front of computer screens could lead to bad postures.
Deskercise Workout will help you to find a solution to this dilemma. On 6 March 2018, take an hour off to attend the complimentary lesson that will teach you simple workouts that you can do at your desk! The session will be run by an instructor from yoga studio Trium Fitness.
These deskercises (desk-exercises) will not only improve your posture but can also strengthen your core.
Equipped with your new-found knowledge, perhaps you can take a short break before lunch to do some simple exercises and end your day with another round.
Remember to register quickly as slots are limited! P/S, workout gear is not required for this simple session. Just because you’re working hard all day doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice your health!
