Hola pet owners, how are your pets coping with the Circuit Breaker? Are they feeling as isolated as their humans? Fear no more—the largest online pet gathering is on its way to your doorstep.
The virtual event is organised by Perromart, Singapore’s largest online pet store that aims to bond pets and humans. Similarly, in this tough time, they are encouraging pet owners to gather virtually for a good cause.
The video call is happening at 2pm, on 23 May 2020, Saturday. More than just a pleasant gathering, the virtual meeting aims to raise food for animal shelters. There are six shelters involved in this online movement—Animal Lovers League, Causes for Animals Singapore, F7-Friends of Seven, Hope Dog Rescue, SGPawsAngels, and Mercylight.
For every participant (pet and human) that joins the call, Perromart is donating 1 kg of dry food to the six shelters. This is going to be a big help to the shelters to ensure that there is sufficient food supplies for the animals under their care.
The Zoom gathering will last for 30 minutes and includes a vet talk, some training tips, and ideas to entertain your pet at home. Also, they are targeting a minimum of 500 participants.
So paw-rents, remember to bring your paw friends so both of you stand a chance to be part of this record-breaking moment in the Singapore Book of Records. Wait no further, indicate your interest on their event page now!
