Yes, automatic sperm extractors exist and they look like a water dispenser at first glance. Created by Chinese medical equipment manufacturer, Sanwe (三维医疗), this machine’s intended use is meant for collecting sperm from those who need to provide it in a medical setting such as donating or giving a sperm sample.
Coined the SW-3701 Sperm Collector, on top of boasting that it can accurately simulate a vaginal environment, this machine can also be used for premature ejaculation desensitisation training. What a world we live in. The device’s mechanical orifice thrusts itself in a bobbing motion, which visually looks similar to a giver giving a receiver oral pleasure, but in a more dystopian way.

Not trying to kink shame but if one cannot already ejaculate in a sterile, impersonal setting with their hand, I don’t see how sticking a schlong down a mechanical throat would speed up or encourage that process. But what do I know? I don’t have the right appendage to ever have to use this machine anyway.
You can buy this machine off Alibaba if you have a cool US$1960 – 2,800 (approx. S$2745 – 3921) to spare. Notably, in its product description, this machine can not only simulate a vaginal environment through massage but can also twitch, suck, and vibrate.
How would one effectively clean this machine if it’s meant to be used by many though?
