It must be fasting month in Zombieland somewhere since zombies have continuously descended upon us this Halloween season. This time, they’re thirsty for a taste of our iconic Singaporean nightlife. Presented by Clarke Quay, be ready as Fox’s The Walking Dead Halloween 2019 transforms our lively riverside into a zombie colony to mark the return of the series this October.
From 31 October to 2 November, fans of the show will be in awe at the detailed sets and prosthetics depicting scenes from the TV series. Interact with flesh-eating zombie walkers as they roam around and grab a hand (literally!) from the scavenger pit of severed body parts. There’ll be activities to occupy you through the night, and you even stand a chance at winning some Walking Dead merchandise.
Zombies need mood music too, so look forward to rock and pop performances by artists in our local music scene. Of course, we cannot forget the annual Clarke Quay “Best Dressed” horror costume competition on Saturday, 2 November. Who knows? You might be the one scaring the zombie walkers and feasting on S$160 worth of Clarke Quay vouchers!
