15 acts, 150 performers and a three-day festival guaranteed to touch your hearts – the True Colours Festival is back again this 2018!
The True Colours Festival showcases performances by artistes with disabilities, proving that talent and hard work know no boundaries. The stellar line-up includes guest speakers and performers from Canada, UK, Australia, Cambodia, Japan and of course, Singapore.
Musicians, dancers and singers – these performers are united by their can-do spirit which pushes them beyond their disabilities.
One of the performers is internationally-acclaimed Canadian violinist Adrian Anantawan. Let him mesmerise you with his pieces and prove that not having a right hand doesn’t make him less of a musician.
Or, watch as the bboys from Ill-abilities spin and slide and soar across the stage, showcasing how they are in no way handicapped by their physical disabilities.
Also, be prepared for goosebumps (the good kind) from local pianist Azariah Tan‘s performance as he demonstrates that a hearing impairment doesn’t stop one from producing beautiful music.
