Come 15 February 2020, the much-anticipated, exclusive Cherry Blossom Merchandise Collection will be made available at all Tokyo Starbucks Reserve Roastery outlets. And while the rest of the world is busy peppering their Valentine’s Day merchandises with lip symbols and hearts, it’s only natural that Japan makes cherry blossoms their weapon of choice—I don’t make the rules.
The collection features baby pink and dusty rose accents that give the merchandise a subtly sweet appearance—perfect even for the daintiest of girls. The Cherry Blossom Merchandise Collection is also integrated with the Starbucks Reserve line, embossed with its signature ‘R’ logo that sits just underneath a filled star.
This time around, the collection extends beyond just tumblers, mugs, and Starbucks cards. You’ll find a towel, handkerchief, and card case as well—something that has rarely been done for other Starbucks collections, making this seasonal line all the more coveted. For all the environmentalists out there, there will also be a host of reusable take out cups to select from.
Though this gorgeous collection has no traces of hearts visually-speaking, it’s surely gotten me (and many others too) all heart-eyed already! And to add to the excitement, a little birdie told me that our very own rendition of the Cherry Blossom Collection is coming to Starbucks Stores in Singapore this March, so keep your eyes peeled for the splash of pink that will grace us very soon.
Date: 19 February (Reusable cups), 15 February (Everything else)
