Singapore Poetry on the MRT: A Unique Travel Experience Of Poetry Reading On The Circle Line This 25 Feb 17

Train rides can be a bore, but not anymore as Singapore Poetry on the MRT will be hitting the circle line this coming 25 February 2017.

The event will take place at 1.30pm at the Singapore Arts Museum where a group of poets, who are participating in the annual SingPoWriMo (Singapore Poetry Writing Month), will conduct a site-specific poetry reading session.

Singapore Literature Prize-winner, Joshua Ip, will lead the event, thereafter participants will read poems while transiting from Bras Basar station to Labrador Park station.

Participants are also able to purchase SingPoWriMo t-shirts. After which, they are invited to join in the fun at the #BuySingLit Festival located at the Gillman Barracks.
