If you’re looking for something that’ll tickle your funny bone, and want a unique theatre experience, The Singapore Improv Festival (SIF) 2018 is just the event for you.
This festival, held from 15 – 18 March 2018, will feature a slew of hilarious improvisation performances. Yes, you read it right – improvisation, as in, made up completely on the spot!
With a little help from the audience, improv groups will take to the stage with unscripted stories that are sure to make you burst out in laughter.
At this second instalment of the SIF, there’ll be performances from groups like Les Musicables (Singapore’s sole dedicated musical improv group), The Modern Schemers (the longest-running local improv group), and even some international groups such as SPIT (Phillipines) and KurzFormChaos (Germany).
What’s more, there’ll even be improv classes that you can attend! From complete beginners looking to pick up a new skill, to enthusiasts looking to improve on their improv (ha), there’ll be classes suitable for all.
If you’re keen on attending the festival, you can purchase tickets from The Improv Company. Oh, and don’t miss out on the early bird discount of 30%, which is available till the end of February 2018!
