You don’t have to be a nature-lover to gasp at the sight of fantastical gardens flaunting blooms and lush green plants.
At Singapore Garden Festival (SGF) held at Gardens by the Bay from 21 July to 3 August 2018, you can fully appease your horticultural needs.
As Singapore goes into full bloom this July, you can prance through exquisite gardens, featuring five different festival highlights: Balcony Gardens, Landscape & Fantasy Gardens, Floral Windows to the World, Vibrant Marketplace, and Orchid Extravaganza.
Designed by local and international gardening luminaries alike, these are not going to be your ordinary garden displays. Look forward to checking out local designer and gold winner of the 2016 edition of SGF, Andy Eng’s nature-meets-home concept of his garden, where herbs and spices pervade the air.
The vibrant orchids, abstract floral gardens and energetic marketplace will whisk you away from your repetitive daily routine.
It doesn’t matter whether you are a steadfast gardener or just an onlooker. At this festival, it’s all about basking in sunlight and breathing (literally) the sweet and fresh perfume of nature.
