I used to marvel at the glorious beaches of the Greek island of Santorini on postcards in envy, with hopes that I would travel there one day. Pristine beaches, the signature blue and white buildings and amazing food seemed to be so close yet so far. But of course, the high costs of travelling to this Greek island can take quite a toll on the wallet.

Fortunately, there’s a hidden island theme park in Thailand quite reminiscent of Santorini. Located near Hua Hin in Thailand, Santorini Park boasts everything the Greek Island has to offer minus the expensive plane ticket.

At Santorini Park Cha-Am, it’s exactly the kind of place that resembles Santorini with all its gorgeous hues of blue and white. The beach holiday feels being emanated is simply irresistible. And this staying at the park costs significantly less than a hotel in Santorini itself.

There’s also accommodations to stay at in this theme park. Look at how on point their room is, which is eerily similar to Santorini. For patrons staying at the hotel, the park entrance is free.

How can a beach holiday lack water activities? Time to get your heart racing with the exhilarating water slides Santorini Park has to offer.

Oh and did I mention that the park has an iconic 40-metre high Ferris wheel that illuminates gorgeously at night. Here’s another aspect worth posting onto your Instagram feed.
Santorini Park in Hua Hin is easily Thailand’s most secretive theme park you’ve never heard of. With so many tides and iconic views, it’s time to pay this tropical haven a visit before it gets overcrowded. However, does it compare to the real Santorini? You decide.
