Be in for a laughing treat as Singapore rolls out her red carpet for the Queens of Asia Comedy Special 2020. The 2020 edition of the Magners International Comedy Festival features a trio of all-star female comedians in Asia.
Hosted by our “Singapore Boy” Hossan Leong, this festival showcases the comedic talents of Japanese comedian and Youtube sensation Yumi Nagashima, renowned Indian comedian Aditi Mittal, and the Queen of Malaysian comedy Joanne Kam.
In conjunction with International Women’s Day in March, the Queens of Asia Comedy Special fiesta aims to celebrate female empowerment and gender equality. As Joanne Kam explains, “My aim is to do my part to amplify this through an empowering showcase of Asia’s top comedy queens performing on one stage for the first time ever”.
Be it the sassiness of Yumi Nagashima, the zest of Aditi Mittal or the candour of Joanne Kam. Let the unique flavour of each comedian come together to give you a plethora of laughs. Expect nothing less than a boisterously merry night packed with amusing anecdotes about dating, sex, marriage, men, and gender equality.
Tickets are now available on SISTIC.com and the price ranges between S$60 and S$75 (excluding booking fees).
