If you have not already heard, on September 2019, Apple announced the arrival of the latest iPhone models —iPhone 11, 11 Pro and Pro Max. These new iPhones will be available for retail in Singapore from 20 September onwards.
To make things easier for you, here is a mini-guide on the features that you can expect from these models.
iPhone 11 Technical Specs
The iPhone 11 comes with a dual-camera system where both 12 mega pixel cameras allow you to capture Wide and Ultra-Wide shots with the new night mode, something the Google Pixel 2 already had.
The wide camera has 100% Focus Pixels which offers up to three times quicker autofocus in low light and the Ultra-Wide camera can capture 4x more scene, which makes it ideal for landscape and group shots.
Additional Camera On The iPhone 11 Pro
Both iPhone Pro and Pro Max have an additional Telephoto camera that is designed for photographing distant subjects like wildlife and sports events.
All iPhone 11 models are able to take 4k video recordings, of up to 60fps. These models are powered by the A13 Bionic chip, the fastest chip in the smartphone industry and works in the most power-efficient way possible, which helps to increase the battery life of the phones as well.
The battery life of iPhone 11 can last up to 17 hours of video playback, 18 hours for the iPhone Pro and 20 hours for the iPhone Pro Max.
The iPhone 11 has an aluminium and glass design fitted that is available in six different colours, attached with a liquid retina HD, 6.1″ LCD display. On top of it, this phone is water-resistant for up to 2 metres for 30 minutes as well. It is 150.9mm in height, 75.7mm in width, 8.3mm in depth and weighs 194g.
Both iPhone Pro and Pro Max are fitted with the same glass design as the iPhone 11 except that it is enhanced with a premium, textured matt finish on the back and paired with polished, surgical‑grade stainless steel. They are attached with a Super Retina XDR, 5.8″ or 6.5″ OLED display giving it the sharpest image that Apple has ever made. The water resistance is also doubled to 4 metres for 30 minutes and these two models are available in four colours.
The iPhone 11 Pro is lighter and smaller than the iPhone 11 with dimensions of 144mm in height, 71.4mm in width, 8.1mm in depth and weighs just 188g.
The larger iPhone 11 Pro Max comes with the dimensions of 158mm in height, 77.8mm in width, 8.1mm in depth and weighs 226g.

It is always exciting to look forward to Apple’s new launches as they seem to better their previous models with more advanced technology. I look forward to getting an iPhone 11 Pro due to its compact size as compared to the other two phones and the additional features that it offers as well. After all, it depends on how you use it and how practical it is, but these latest additions are just simply amazing.
