Love everything Hello Kitty but too broke to make it to Japan just yet? Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour in Johor Bahru has just revamped 12 of its hotel rooms into a Hello Kitty lovers’ paradise.
The hotel is the first in Southeast Asia to feature Hello Kitty-themed rooms, and it’s all thanks to a recent partnership with Sanrio. Puteri Harbour (where the hotel is situated) is also home to a Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Hello Kitty Red Bow Cafe and a Hello Kitty merchandise store – fans don’t even have to leave the vicinity.
The rooms are split into two categories: Deluxe and Premier. All are equipped with Hello Kitty amenities, including stationery and special Hello Kitty towels and bathrobes.
With many different cute themes, there’s something for every Hello Kitty fan. Based on the demand, the hotel may even add a few more rooms to the current available selection.
Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour is only an hour’s drive from Singapore and with Legoland® Malaysia in close proximity, you could totally make the most of this as a weekend getaway.
