If you ever feel irrationally upset or unwell, it is possible that your chakras are misaligned and the Floral Art Meditation workshop on 22 July 2017 is probably your best antidote.

Sometimes, you just want to disconnect from the world and sleep your troubles away, but the problems will haunt you again the very moment you wake up —  that’s when meditation steps in to help you.

Hosted by Kathy Gabriel from Urban Yogis, this guided workshop will introduce the students to the art of meditation and unveil the mysteries of the seven energy centre (chakras), while also integrating flowers and their healing powers into the activities.

For folks that are into spiritual wellness, this workshop will be able to elevate your soul-searching experience. As for those who have no idea what meditation is about, this is a great opportunity to satisfy your curiosity. The exact location will only be provided upon booking.
