There has been a momentous shift towards more environmentally sustainable ways in recent years with recycling and the reduction of plastic usage being incorporated in the lifestyle of Singaporeans. Returning for the fifth edition, The Conscious Festival by Green Is The New Black is back in Singapore from 2 to 3 November 2019 where sustainability and being environmental-conscious are the main focus.
This festival will feature more than 100 mindful brands, transformative talks, delicious and healthy eats, organic alcohol, interactive art, and games with a purpose. There will be a MARKETPLACE section and transformational TALKS in this festival as they raise awareness about sustainable consumption and lifestyle choices, so people can make better decisions about the way they live.
As this year’s Conscious Festival will be entirely vegan, a first for the Singapore event, attendees can expect a marketplace full of vegan-friendly products and innovative mouth-watering food. The marketplace itself will have over 100 sustainable brand pop-ups, 20 edutainment booths by NGOs, a series of activism through art, mini-workshops as well as a lively atmosphere with local bands and entertainers.
Four transformative sessions packed full of juicy actionable insights that will empower you to change your
life, including inspiring keynotes, engaging workshops, wellness breaks, and action kits. Speakers range from thought leaders like Barney Swan, Christine Amour-Levar, and Assaad Razzouk.
While the event has free entry for the public, there is a ticket fee for the guest speakers which you can check out here. This year, a large portion of ticket sales will go towards a tree-planting fund.
