“Thank you, f**k you, bye”.
After touring abroad upon the release of 2016’s CULT, Singaporean punk-rock band The Caulfield Cult are ready to call it quits. Shortly after announcing their disbandment, the emo outfit also declared that they will be performing for the last time at Decline on 16 September 2017.
In support of Caulfield’s final gig, bands such as Cavalcades from Aberdeen, Malaysia’s Social Circuit as well as local hardcore acts False Plantiff and Tapestry will be joining the line-up.

While band break-ups happen all too often and far too soon, the four-piece band has definitely had a good run with several worldwide tours and three full-lengths under their belt including 2011’s Leaving Cemetery Junction and 2013’s Things Can Only Get Worse From Here.
Closing this chapter of their lives will indeed be a bittersweet ending for fans and the band members themselves but as they say, all good things must come to an end.
