In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival 2019, Hong Kong Mei Xin (HKMX) has announced Avengers-themed mooncakes and collectable 3D tins for the year. And it’s going to be available in Singapore too.
The collectable tins are available in two designs: a standalone Iron Man one and another featuring seven iconic Avengers: Iron Man, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Thor, Black Widow, Ant-Man and the Hulk.
Did we mention that these Avengers-stamped mooncakes are lava custard-filled too?
For the Iron Man tin design, the titular hero’s suit eyes, palm and arc reactor light up too!

As the Iron Man-themed boxes are extremely limited, they will not be available for online purchase. The Iron Man boxes and mooncakes will only be sold in stores while stocks last, on a first come, first served basis.

Takashimaya, Vivo City and Raffles Exchange on 21 August, from 10.30am.
Nex@ Serangoon, Bugis Junction, Compass One, West Gate, Tampines Mall and Causeway Point on 3 September from 10.30am
Purchases are capped at two sets per customer. Considering that there is a limited number of Avengers tins, I’d advise you to queue up at any of these locations as early as possible. Good luck with assembling your Avengers mooncakes!
