One thing that all audience members of the Singapore National Day Parade always look forward to is the NDP funpacks. Our team were sent some preview funpacks in advance and we’re sharing the find with our readers on what to expect.
The NDP 2019 funpacks are more versatile than ever, with adjustable straps so you can choose to carry em’ as backpacks or as tote bags.
The NDP 2019 funpacks bear some resemblance to Herschel Supply backpacks with only one huge bucket opening to contain everything. The bags come in red or white and have a water-resistant lining.
Here’s what you can expect to find in this year’s NDP funpacks:
- Bag of Potato chips
- Two packets of Kong Guan biscuits
- 750ml water bottle
- 4 reusable bamboo straws + cleaning brush
- Tiger balm
- Lifebuoy hand sanitiser
- Dry and wet tissue
- Luggage tag
- NDP temporary tattoo set
- NDP visor
- Miniature flag
- Wastebag
The items included support a drive towards eco-sustainability such as a 750ml water bottle with a spout and reusable bamboo straws with a cleaning brush. The bamboo straws can also double up as clappers during the parade celebrations.
Singapore’s National Day Parade 2019 will be held at the Padang, where it all started. NDP 2019 is sure to be a special one. Have fun people!
