Stuck in a monotonous routine? Hoping for a refreshing change? Well, how does a job involving months of travelling for free sound?
Local travel start-up Seek Sophie is on the hunt for an adventurer(ess) to partake in their journey to document inspirational and remote locations across Asia.
There are no strings attached but this role isn’t for anyone on the street.
The Chosen One has to be curious, tenacious and not afraid of leeches. The job scope involves scrambling up steep mountains, wading through rivers and macheting through jungles.
Also, you’ll need to be able to travel for at least two months at a time.
If this sounds incredibly exciting, then congratulations, you’ve got the skillset for the role. In return, you’ll get to travel with Seek Sophie for two months, all expenses paid!
Seek Sophie, a travel start-up established in 2017, aims to make challenging, remote places in
Asia more accessible to travellers everywhere.
One of the previous journeys published on the site was a visit to a Sarawak longhouse. Adventurers were hosted by the tribes of Sarawak and ventured into the cacao and pepper plantations, along winding roads and flowing rivers.
Seek Sophie currently covers remote journeys in Malaysia and the next destination will be Indonesia.
