If you love beach parties but want something more than the usual sun, sand and sea, here’s one event you’ll be interested in. It involves having a whole lot of coloured powder being flung around and DJs hyping up the crowd!
Rang Barsay is back again this 2018 at Sentosa Wave House. This is promised to be the best colour party in Singapore and when they say that it’s going to be a crazy time, they mean it.
Three years ago, 1,000kg of coloured powder was fully sold out. The alcohol was all gone. Even the wooden flooring was smashed. Now that’s a party.
Rang Barsay commemorates Holi, the Hindu festival of love, and ushers in the Spring. Well, since it’s Summer all year round in Singapore, we’ll celebrate with a beach party instead.
This year, the organisers expect an attendance of 7,000 people so do book your tickets early. Also, just because there’s booze involved doesn’t mean that the kids are excluded from the fun. Children aged 6 and below will get to attend the party for free.
