“Ay, can tompang me go jalan jalan anot?” — if that’s something your parents (or your hip grandparents) keep asking you, then this is one throwback event brimming with nostalgia.
Ponder no further; Let’s Go Jalan Jalan is a family-friendly fair that’s happening from 17 November to 19 November 2017 at The Three Peacocks, Labrador Park. Not only will this ultimate food and music festival feature local entertainment, food and beverages, but also retro activities and kitschy memorabilia of yesteryear that older generations can enjoy.

All about your local food fare? From the traditional sng bao of your parents’ era to the millennial’s favourite rainbows and unicorns, you’ll definitely find something for everyone at the festival. We’re all thrilled for the old-school comebacks of our favourite iced gem biscuits and tutu kueh that we always wanted as a kid!
If you’re looking for fun and games, you’ll be glad to know that they’re bringing back the ever-so-popular rubber water colours and sand art. Whoever said arts and crafts were for children? We’re pretty sure even your parents would have a merry time trying their hands out at this iconic pastime of yesteryear.
So don’t miss out on all the fun and head down to the festival this coming November 2017. Don’t say we bo jio hor!
