If you are passionate about Korean History and want to view beautiful decorative art, fashion, and furniture from the Joseon era, then the Joseon Korea: Court Treasures and City Life is the right event for you.
The Joseon era, which was the last dynasty of Korea, spans over 500 years, and you will be able to see amazing pieces of furniture and art that are still significant in today’s Korea.
The event will showcase beautiful treasures from the Daegu National Museum, the National Museum of Korea, and the National Palace Museum of Korea. What makes this event distinct is the fact that this is the first time Korean relics are coming to Singapore. You can also look forward to talks and dedicated programs which will accompany the exhibition.
It will take place at the Asian Civilisations Museum from 22 April 2017 to 23 July 2017.
