If you’re into running and saving the Earth, you’ll want to sign up for NTUC’s Income Eco Run 2017. Held at the F1 Pit Building on 30 April 2017, there are three competitive categories; 21.1km Men/Women, 10km Men/Women, and 10km Mix Team, along with a 800m Kids Dash for children from 4-12 years old.
In line with saving the environment, runners can sign up as either an Eco Runner or a Zero Waste Runner. The race entitlements for Zero Waste Runners are slightly different, with no finisher’s medal or t-shirt.
Instead, you will get a Zero Waste print on your running singlet along with a limited edition water bottle to cut down on disposable cups used during the race.
