Singapore Art Museum’s main building is under renovations at the moment but the art continues at SAM @ 8Q! Their latest exhibition, Imaginarium: Into the Space of Time runs from 6 May – 26 August 2018, and deals with more complicated concepts like time and space.
But if you’re thinking of bringing younger kids to the exhibition, there’s no need to worry as the art pieces are family-friendly.

If artworks don’t appeal to your tots, these animated films will definitely do the job. A special selection of seven videos will be played on repeat at the Moving Image Gallery at Level 2, SAM at 8Q. Don’t miss the Imaginarium Short Films if your kids are more visual learners!

Find closure in your visit to the museum with live poetry at Art Sound Write. Listen in awe as the live poetry reading will be held by poets (Samuel Caleb Wee, Iain Lim, Crispin Rodrigues, Marylyn Tan and Patricia Karunungan) whose poems are inspired by the Imaginarium artworks.
Get your family and friends interested in the arts by bringing them down for this exhibition!
