Oh, IKEA. Not only does it have the best meatballs, cheap Scandinavian furniture, quirky accessories and a purposefully confusing store layout, but it can always guarantee hours of good fun, even if it’s just window shopping.
Now imagine that experience, upsized! IKEA is opening its largest store in South East Asia this 16 November 2017 in Tebrau, Johor Bahru.
Strategically located, the prime spot is a nucleus for as many as 1.8 million people living a mere sixty-minute drive from the store.
The 46,713 square meter store will boast over 8,000 furnishing products, 54 Swedish-inspired showrooms specially catered to local homes, and a whopping 750-seat restaurant where you can enjoy those juicy balls of goodness after a day navigating through the madness.
If you’ve mastered the Tampines and Alexandra outlets here in Singapore, awaken your inner Indiana Jones and journey into the wilderness of SEA’s largest IKEA Store.
Date: Opens 16 November 2017
