It’s all about the Oms and Namastes this time round…
Specially targeted at the aspiring master yogis, spiritual folks and health-embracing individuals, the Heart Mind Body Festival is happening from 12 to 14 May 2017. This very event is a biannual spiritual and wellness exhibition that showcases plenty of vendors that are involved in different specialties.
There will be exhibitors selling ‘Essential Oils & Supplements’ and ‘Wholesome, Natural, Organic & Green Products’, just to name a few. Apart from that, you can expect to have your readings read; be it Tarot, Palmistry, Feng Shui or whatever else you can think of.
If you’re like me and you’re kind of clueless as to what all these are about, this festival provides free workshops and informative talks from experts and don’t worry, they run for all three days – a great chance to learn about things beyond your nine-to-five life in the office.
Whether you’re the person that wants to collect crystals, meditate for a few days or stock up on all those zen accessories, the HMS festival seems like a one-stop exhibition to answer all the questions you have!
