It’s 2020. Everything’s gone wireless. We’ve gone from phones, earpieces to chargers and now, hair straighteners. Over the years, Dyson has built a solid reputation for its innovation and unconventional methods of technology in household appliances. Now, they’ve taken it a step even further and are introducing to you, the Dyson CorraleTM straightener.
The Dyson CorraleTM uses patented flexing plates that shape to gather hair and deliver enhanced styling with less reliance on heat. The best part? It’s suitable for all hair types. Featuring Dyson’s Intelligent Heat Control, precise temperatures along with 4-cell lithium-ion technology delivers cordless thermal performance.
This enables users to be able to style any time, anywhere. So, if you’re the type who can’t sit still or have a million things to do, Dyson’s brand new straightener is perfect for you.
Unlike traditional straighteners, the unique flexing plates of the Dyson CorraleTM straightener mould to the hair section being styled. This gives users greater control and hence elevates the styling results. As the plates adapt to the hair, it applies tension more evenly and stops strands from splaying, reducing frizz and flyaways.
As someone with frizzy uncontrollable hair, this new release sounds like a life saviour to me. Hopefully, the minimal heat reduces the likelihood of me damaging and hopefully salvages the mess I call my hair.
In developing the Dyson CorraleTM straightener, Dyson engineers continue to push the boundaries of research, design and development. Unique and at times extraordinary test methods are core to the Dyson psyche as engineers go through all sorts of measures to perfect the technology.
Though the product is not available in Singapore yet, you should get ready to explore a range of styles–from straight finishes to perfect curls and plenty of styles in between all with less reliance on heat.
As much as Dyson is known for its brilliance in such products, they also carry along with them a hefty price-tag. Be sure to save up while you still have the time so you won’t have to deal with the disappointment of the hair straightener selling out before you can even lay your eyes on them.
Price: USD$499 | approx S$698.90 | Coming to Singapore in March
