“Mirror Mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?” echoes the evil Queen from the Snow White fairytale. Disney Princesses are known for their beauty. Apart from their captivating charm, they enrobed in gorgeous gowns during the grand finale. Unknowingly, we grow into the idea of a happy-ever-after ending. Who does not yearn to be princesses in their rights? For sure, I am unabashed to admit.
Disney has turned this dream a reality to all longing ladies with their launch of the Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection. This 16-gown collection is designed to capture the timeless beauty of Disney Princesses. Thank you, Disney and Allure Bridals for making the fairytale dream we see in books and movies a reality.
Partnering Allure Bridals, this gown collection will make its inaugural appearance during the New York Bridal Fashion Week in April 2020. The gowns will only be available in stores thereafter.
You can expect an extravaganza display of elegance, from Ariel-inspired mermaid skirt trains, Belle’s off-shoulder dress to Tiana’s fit-and-flare hemlines. Each dress will unapologetically accentuate all body shapes.
Out of the 16 gowns, seven of the designs are within the Tiana Platinum Collection. This high-end collection emphasises detailed hand beading, and the use of fine tulle. Unfortunately, they will be featured solely at Kleinfeld Bridal stores, which is located in New York and Toronto.
Prices range from U$1,200 to U$10,000 (approx. S$1,680.83 to S$14,006.90).
