Today marks the last day of NIKE Energy Week and to top it all off, as homage to his Texas roots, Travis Scott releases the Nike Air Force 1’s in Cactus Jack (S$239). In comparison to his previous collaborations with NIKE, this model has a patchwork styling with a high level of attention to detail.
The design is highly inspired by rugged workwear garments. The materials, jumping from corduroy to canvas with a splash of camouflage print are what piece together the patchwork design.
Distressed suede and duck canvas compliment the other sturdy leathers and burlap, whilst the Cactus Jack Records logo adds a touch of graphics and colour. The lace units hide underneath a shielded lace-in zipper.
The final touch of lime green stitching adds a punch of contrast to the otherwise muted shoe, all finished off with NIKE’s signature gum sole.
