Are you crafty with your hands? Or perhaps you’re just a crazy cat lady looking for a cause to help out?
Now, you can do both, as Agy Textile Artist presents Craft It For The Cats, a collaboration with the Singapore Sustainability Academy, Taikensonzai and City Developments Limited to give you an opportunity to raise funds for The Cat Museum on 4 March 2018 at City Square Mall.
This one-day workshop is part of the EcoBank 2018: Save Our Stuff! event, and will teach you how to transform old t-shirts and knit them into your very own unique statement necklaces.
As you might’ve heard, The Cat Museum is being forced to close down in June 2018, and they are actively trying to find a new home for all their furry residents.
The donation drive will see 50% of ticket sales donated to The Cat Museum, where volunteers run a sanctuary for rescued strays, as well as an adoption centre to re-home the rescued cats.
Whether or not you have nimble fingers, your efforts will definitely do much to give the cats the paw-fect fur-ever home!
Date & Times: 4 March 2018, 10.30am & 2pm
Price: S$35
