To all Singapore residents with a registered home address, you can now collect one reusable mask at designated CCs or RCs over eight days, from 5 April 2020 to 12 April 2020.
The collection can be done with three simple steps.
1. Enter your postal code in this link to find out the collection centres nearest to you.
2. On the day of collection, please bring your NRIC, Birth Certificate or any other identification documents with a barcode for verification.
Do note that for this exercise, passports are not accepted as a form of identification as it does not contain our registered home address.
3. Proceed to your nearest collection kiosks. Operating hours are 3 pm to 9 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 9 pm on weekends and public holiday.
As 10 April 2020 is Good Friday (a public holiday), please note the difference in operating hours.
Children below the age of 15 and do not have an NRIC, you can bring along their birth certificate, or School Smartcard issued by the TransitLink. Collection on behalf of your other household members is possible, as long as you have their identification documents with a barcode for verification.
For Residents who are limited by mobility or are under any notices to stay home, fret not—contact the Mask Distribution hotline (1800-333-9999), between 9 am to 9 pm daily, for further assistance. Their friendly staff and volunteers will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to deliver them to you. Should you have any other collection-related queries, you can dial the hotline too!
The reusable masks can be used as long as it is not worn out. So remember, do not toss them to the bin but to your laundry pile instead.
Let’s continue to exercise social responsibility, because together, we can #SGunite and fight COVID-19!
