Inspiration can come from anything and in this case, it’s living in another country for months on end. Chloë Manasseh is a Londoner who moved to Singapore six months ago. Her solo exhibition, PALM UMBRELLAS, is the culmination of her time here.
Happening at NPE Gallery (Level 2), the exhibition will go on from 10 November 2017 through 31 December 2017.
Chloë’s works evoke a sense of exotic escapism whilst commenting on our inherent compulsion to bring nature indoors. Playing with spaces and visual identity, the paintings will sit between experiences and imagination.
Consider yourself invited to this gallery nestled in the beating heart of Singapore’s creative press and print arena since 1967. Don’t miss this opportunity to get an insight on how Singapore is perceived through art!
