Ah, the concept of socialising outside the house in an enclosed space with a room full of people sounds like an urban myth now. Can you imagine life after COVID-19? Will we be forced to social distance in cinemas and outdoor areas? Can you imagine clubbing with a mask on? Will we be so restricted outdoors that it’ll be no different than staying inside?
I digress, less pessimistic thoughts and let’s focus on the positives! Our favourite 80s-themed discotheque, Cherry, will be launching their official website and merchandise today, on 8th May 2020 at 8.20 PM (2020 hours). The first collection will feature three novelistic designs, two of which will be available in a Big Boy Cut t-shirt and one on a hoodie. These tops are sold on a pre-order basis, so worry not about them running out.
Designs are based on the different vendors and iconic parties Cherry has hosted, with the tour tee featured in this line intended to honour fans. Enjoy one single free entry along with any purchase from this collection. This single free entry is valid for all in-house events that take place during the opening month post circuit breaker. Customers must wear their purchased merchandise for redemption.
Feel good knowing that you’ll be contributing to SG Pays It Forward as 10% of the proceeds from the merchandise will be donated to this cause. Other than wanting to do good, Cherry thought it a perfect opportunity to bring awareness to this initiative with their millennial audience.
Already itching for more? Cherry will be releasing new designs monthly and will feature local designers, collaborative events, and a collection of basics.
