A hipster’s haven and a foodie’s fantasy; an indie market so crowded that people were stuck in between aisles — ring any bells? Let’s cut to the chase. Artbox has announced that it’ll be returning to Singapore this 25 – 27 May 2018 and 1 – 3 June 2018!
Held at Bayfront Event Space, the theme for this year is Artbox 2018: Oasis — a getaway from city life. Tropical prints and greenery have been a big hit recently and it looks like these elements will be playing a huge role in this year’s street market extravaganza.
Last year’s Artbox was a withering mess with serious overcrowding problems and it seems that the organisers have taken the ordeal into consideration. This year, Artbox will occupy the whole Bayfront Event Space which means it will be about three times as large as last year’s.
However, keep in mind that there will be more stalls present. In fact, the organisers are expecting a total of 400 regional and local booths, making it the largest creative market in Singapore.
Artisanal stalls will be displaying their wares and just like the previous Artbox events, the food’s guaranteed to be amazing. With creative art installations and abundant fairy lights, it’s going to be absolutely aesthetic.
For local retailers looking to represent Singapore at Artbox, book a booth before 31 March 2018 to enjoy a discounted rate. Retail booths can use “ARTBOX10” for a 10% discount, pre-packed F&B booths can enjoy 10% off with “ARTBOXPP10” and F&B booths will get 25% off with “ARTBOXFB25“.
