Marina Square has a new family member, and this time it’s sure to instantly win over Singaporeans’ hearts (and wallets). $2 nomi Japan has landed on our shores with a 1,873 square feet space, and more than 15,000 products in-store!
The store stocks all sorts of knick-knacks from home appliances to Japanese food, stationery, health and beauty products — you name it. And of course, as its name suggests, everything in the store goes for S$2!
Alternatively, if you’re more inclined to hunt for odd and obscure items, you’ll be glad to know they also sell things such as armpit sweat pads, poached egg pods and omelette makers.
A fun fact to note is that they’re the first in the world, an independent retailer who’s working on an exclusive partnership with a Japanese wholesaler. Step aside, Daiso, you’ve got hot competition on your heels!
