Sanrio characters have been the IN thing recently. First, it was the inflatables that took over Sentosa Siloso Beach. Now, they have found themselves onto Uniqlo t-shirts.
Uniqlo has released a new UT collection featuring the lazy egg character welcome the summer. They look absolutely adorable for dress-down days, but it’s a pity that they only have sizes for females.
Having burgers and lazing around are my thing, so this shirt speaks to me on a personal level. I mean, life cannot get any better when you “chill out and do nothin'”.
Okay, I may be biased because of my love for Gudetama but how can anybody resist this chill and punny shirt?
This summer collection even has specific designs to dress kiddo up, featuring the adorable Hello Kitty and My Melody alongside other Sanrio characters.
This design looks so cute and innocent with its light colours, which I’m sure girls will adore. Just be careful not to stain it while having some ice cream to cool off from the heat.
Sigh. As a guy, the fact that these shirts are only for females makes me really sad. They look absolutely cute and all you fans of Gudetama better hurry and snag a piece before they disappear off the shelves.
