Youtube announces the launch of its music streaming application – YouTube Music.
It’s a dedicated music app and web player that hosts official songs, albums, a wide range of playlists and artists radio in addition to YouTube’s vast catalogue of remixes, live performances, covers and music videos. All these perks are available for free with the ad-supported version of YouTube Music.
Alongside the app launch, YouTube Music introduced a range of subscription plans in Singapore for ad-free YouTube Music Premium and YouTube Premium.
YouTube Music Premium and YouTube Premium now allows you to listen to music while you toggle between apps, uninterrupted! Starting at S$9.98 for YouTube Music Premium and S$11.98 for YouTube Premium, there’s also the option of family plans (starting at S$14.98) for both allowing you to share your YouTube paid membership with up to five family members living in the same residence.
The music is designed to bring you closer to the benefits that YouTube has to offer, all at your fingertips. Look out for thousands of playlists that cater to any genre, mood, activity or language and discover new tunes through recommendations based on your recently played music.
