BAPE (short for Bathing Ape) and Coach recently announced their collaboration, BAPExCOACH that lands in Singapore on 22 February 2020. We can feel our wallets tingling with nervous anticipation.
This limited-edition collaboration includes leather goods, accessories, and casual apparel and footwear.
Be pleasantly surprised by the creative mix of characters, styles, and colours. On the classic Coach perpendicular C prints, the witty designers have replaced some Cs with the silhouette mugshot of the BAPE Ape. Instead of the traditional horse-and-carriage Coach logo, the BAPE Ape shares the centre stage with the dinosaur.
It is refreshing to see Coach adopting military-theme colours which are commonly used in BAPE’s design.
