New Baby G X Doraemon Comes With Doraemon Watch Box – Already Sold Out In China

The mechanical blue cat we grew up watching as a kid is turning 25, and in commemoration, Doraemon is collaborating with Casio’s Baby-G to bring you a limited edition version of the BGD-560-7PRDL and BA-110BE-7APRDL in China.

The BGD-560-7PRDL will feature Doraemon themed illustrations and the robot cat himself in black, and on the other hand, the BA-110BE-7APRDL will be in full color and feature both Doraemon and his magic tools. The watches retail for RMB 690 (about S$136) and RMB 990 (about S$196) respectively.

If the unique designs on the watches weren’t enough reason for you to buy them, each watch purchase also comes with a 18cmx23cm Doraemon figurine that functions as a watch box.

Unfortunately, both watches have already sold out on Casio China’s online store, C’s Club. What a pity. We can only hope Baby-G sees the popularity of the collaboration and produces more models for sale internationally.

Alternatively, if we had Doraemon’s infamous time machine, perhaps we could go back in time and purchase them.
