Organized by the ArtScience Museum, ArtScience On Screen will be presenting Anime Season, in conjunction with Children’s Season. As part of the event, they will be featuring Studio Ghibli’s classic film, Spirited Away from 9 – 15 June 2017, at various show timings.
The film tells the story of a 10-year-old girl named Chihiro, whose parents mysteriously turn into pigs after stumbling upon an abandoned amusement park. In a bid to undo the curse on her parents, Chihiro goes on a whirlwind of an adventure, as she journeys through the fantastical spirit realm and encounters all sorts of supernatural beings.
